LAST ENTRY :)

Assalamualaikum everyone  ^^ hopefully all of us is always in ALLAH’s blessing. InsyaALLAH .this entry is the last entry because we need to submit it on this Sunday ! this week Miss Ummiexplained to us about two chapter which is chapter 10 and chapter 11 ^^ ALHAMDULILLAH. Before we started the lecture, missUmmi gave us a piece of paper. We need to answer 4 question about Myers Brigss Type Indicator (MBTI). The test is about ourselves and after answered the question, we can know and identify our job scope that we can undertake in the future : )
Okay, after the test, Miss Ummi explained about chapter 10 which is about Building an organization capable of good strategyexecution. After learnt about this topic, we can gain command of what managers must do to execute strategy successfully. Besides that, we also can learn why hiring, training, and retaining the right people constitute a key component of the strategy execution process and we can understand that good strategy execution requires continuously building and upgrading the organization’s resources and capabilities.
In the chapter 11, we have learnt about managerial internal operations. After Miss Ummi explained, we can learn why resource allocation should always be based on strategic priorities. Furthermore, we also can understand how well-designed policies and procedures can facilitate good strategy execution and we can learn how best practices and process management tools drive continuous improvement in the performance of value chain activities and promote superior strategy execution.
For tutorial class, there is no face-to-face class with Madam Huda but we need to join online forum. The forum is about reward and motivation. It’s very interesting topic to discuss ^^ :) .even there is no class, we went to Madam Huda’s room and asked her about assignment. She clearly explained to us ^^ thanks madam !<3

That’s all for this last entry ^^ hopefully, all of us will be well- prepare for final exam. InsyaALLAH. All the best everyone.
